Health insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services, but the basic responsibility for payment rests with you the patient or guarantor. In an effort to minimize the out-of-pocket expense, we accept and participate in most all managed care insurance plans. If you have a question about your insurance plan, or if yours is not listed below, please call us.

Please pre-register to save time and avoid confusion: fax a copy of your insurance card front and back along with a copy of our Registration form to fax (914) 437-9426. This allows us to do the background work, confirm your insurance coverage and get parameters, prior to your arrival. We can call you after we check your insurance.
